Stella Artois has revealed the identity of David Beckham’s twin brother in their latest Super Bowl LIX 2025 advert.
The playful 60-second spot, features Beckham walking into a pub for a drink with his “parents”, as they casually reveal the existence of a long-lost twin brother, humorously named ‘Other David’. The revelation prompts the iconic footballer to journey across the Atlantic to the United States in search of his long-lost sibling.
Upon reaching his destination, the door swings open to introduce ‘Other David’, revealing to be none other than Matt Damon. He introduces himself as ‘Dave Beckham,’ in a world which blends fantasy and reality, ready for the two reunited brothers to bond while getting to know each other’s similarities and differences.
They share a plate of Buffalo wings, with David Beckham not quite sure about their provenance, and in a humorous twist, Dave showcases his prowess in American Football, leaving David Beckham both confused and impressed.
As the two brothers finally crack open a beer, bonding over their shared love for Stella Artois, Dave confirms that of course he likes Stella Artois: “He has taste.” Closing the spot, David Beckham mentions to Dave he has something important to tell him.

In a post-credit clip, the brothers continue their playful banter. Questioning David’s fame as a “soccer player,” Other David asks if he’s “Matt Damon famous,” to which David Beckham quickly retorts, perhaps he’s “Ben Affleck famous.”
Launching with a :60 spot in Super Bowl LIX, “David and Dave” is part of Stella Artois’ Global campaign platform, “For Moments Worth More” that focuses on the relationships and everyday moments of genuine worth – focusing on the moments that matter.
