Paradigm has announced the opening of an expanded facility in Houston to support its continued
growth. This expansion marks a significant achievement for the company. It will house its growing workforce and asset base, enabling the deployment of drilling technologies that lower the carbon impact and cost of traditional oil and gas exploration and production operations.
Jim Profit, Paradigm Drilling’s Chief Operating Officer, adds, “The launch of Paradigm Drilling
Services USA Inc, has been a natural progression for us, as we have grown a significant client
base of partners and clients who use our suite of drilling tools.”
In particular, Paradigm is looking to cater to the demand for their Driver® – Traction Drill Collar
Tool, which boasts a unique design and tool function that improves WOB transfer by mitigating
pipe buckling which in turn reduces drilling dysfunction such as axial & lateral vibration as well
as stick-slip.
“We are looking to deliver real value to wells by offering a faster and more efficient
service,” said Mr Profit, “whilst at the same time catering to our core values of saving our clients time and money through bespoke, unique drilling technology.”
